この日は同級生が万馬券をとり
ならばとこちらに訪問!
相変わらずの料理の旨さ!
カマスの握りは甘味があり最高でした。

実家の近所にあり、親父と食事の時によく使わせていただいています。
1階はカウンターとテーブルと小上がりがあり
2階はお座敷で広く宴会や法事なんかにも使えます。
建物は古く年期が入っていますが、とても綺麗で清潔感が感じられます。
因みに私もコンペの打ち上げや法事にも使ったことがあります。
この日は親父と娘と3人での訪問
小上がりの座敷に座りました。
緑茶割りで乾杯です。
鰹のタタキ、鰯と小肌をおつまみで、後天ぷら盛り合わせをオーダー
娘は甘海老をサビ抜きで2貫 それを半分に切ってもらいます。
まず鰹のタタキ
皮の部分が炙ってあるので、とても香ばしく中の身は筋もなくトロトロ
ここ最近の鰹の中では1番でした!
付け合わせのきゅうりやワカメはポン酢で鰹と良く合います。
鰯と小肌
小肌がやけに小さいので、これ新子ですか?と聞くと、そうもうこの次期最後だねーと
ラッキー
新子たべたかったんです。こんな小さい魚を3枚に卸すんだから凄いですよねー
鰯は脂がめちゃくちゃのっていて美味しくいただきました。
天ぷら盛り合わせはカリッとサクッと揚がっていて普通に美味しいです。
娘は大好きな鮪の赤身をサビ抜きで握ってもらいそれを半分にカットしてもらいます。
娘はここの鮪を食べると止まらなくなります。(笑)
私も〆に鯖、イカ、穴子を2貫づつ握ってもらいました。
イカはコリコリした中にも柔らかく最高の食感です。
鯖も凄く柔らかくトロみたいでした。
穴子もトロトロで申し分ありません!
いつも大満足です。
ランチもオススメです。
