半年ぶりの成生。今回は特に美味しかったです。
美味しい天ぷらのために早朝からトレーニングに励む志村さんの技と工夫が冴えわたります。
地元静岡の食材に拘ってくれていることも嬉しい。
全部美味しかったのですが、今回は、
ヤングコーン、鯵、海鰻が俊逸でした。
さつまいもを少なめにして頂いたので、締めの天バラまでしっかり楽しめました♪
ちょっと高級なワインを頼んだので、お値段は行きましたが、サービス含めて大満足です。
