浜松市中央区の「炭焼うなぎ あおいや」さんにきました!
こちらのお店はマイレビさん達のレビューでとても気になっていたお店でして
浜松に来たら絶対に行こうと決めていました
やはり浜松と言えばうなぎは外せませんよね!
こちらのお店ですがうなぎの百名店に選出されているお店で地元の人気店でもあるため平日でも行列のできるお店らしく当日はなるべく早く開店時間の前にはお店に到着するように時間をうまく調整して行ったところ
開店時間の45分前に店の駐車場に着いてみるとまだ客の車は1台もなかったがお店は開店の準備をしていて入り口には名前を記帳するノートがあったので名前を記入して一旦近くの杏林堂で買い物をして開店の15分前に行くと駐車場には2台の車が停まっていたので自分も駐車して待っていると開店の5分前くらいから客が入り口付近に並び始めたが開店時間になり店員さんが出てくるとやはり記帳の順番で呼ばれました!
ちなみ私は3番目でした!
入店して早速
「うな重」と「うなぎのしっぽ」を注文
10分ほどでうな重とうなぎのしっぽが供される!
うなぎ一尾分の身が入ったうな重!
そしてこの店の独特な盛り付け!
まずはうなぎを箸で切り分けて一口いただく!
表面はカリッとしてほのかに炭火焼きのイイ香りがする!
身の方はふんわりとしてそれでいて肉厚なのでうなぎの旨味が堪能できる!
もうメチャ旨ですよ!(^^)
こちらのうなぎは関西風とのことですがなんとなくあっさりとした印象ですね!
タレは甘いのですが関東風のような甘ったるさはなく後味の良い旨味が感じられます!
そしてうなぎのしっぽですがホントにしっぽですね!こちらのお店の独特の盛り付けの為に切り落としたしっぽなんですがタレが染みて濃い味なのでこれは酒のアテには最高かも!
もちろんご飯にも合いますね!
今回のうな重は大盛りにしたのですが正解でした!うな重の身の旨味としっぽの濃い味でしっかりと味わって食べたつもりですがあっという間に完食してしまいました!
