平日、突如時間ができたのでランチにお邪魔しました。
予約した、おまかせのコース。
飲みものもメニューがなかったので、眼の前の板前さんにおまかせしてみました。
これ、大正解!
メニューないから、次に何がどれだけでてくるのか謎なのでピタッと合うお酒をだしてもらえるのありがたい。
お寿司は赤酢の、ほんのりあたたかいシャリがここちよく、どんどん食べちゃいます。
また、こちらをよく見てくれていて、食べられないほどじゃないけど苦手なものをちょこっと避けると、別メニューを提案してくれました。
やっぱり、お寿司はカウンターに限ります。
