かれこれ15年位前に、友人から焼鳥好き?
っと聞かれて連れて来られたのがキッカケ。
初めて食べた時は、衝撃を受けた。
世の中にこんなにも旨い鴨料理があるのかと。
それ以来、その友人のお陰で冬になると鴨料理が食べたくなる。
お狩場焼きも部位、焼き方によって味を違う物に変えれる。
焼いている音と温度で全てが解るそうだ。
流石、みっちゃん。
お母さんの事も毎年思い出す。
今回も元気でお会い出来て良かった。
