昭和4年創業もつ焼きの老舗有名店『秋田屋』。10年以上前、会社の上司に紹介され初めて訪問した時に食べたもつ焼きの味(特になんこつ)に衝撃を受け、それ以来ずっと通い続けている店で行列ができる店なので暖かくなったら行こうと思っていた為、去年の秋以来、久し振りの訪問。夕方17時頃に店に着くといつものように行列ができていた。待つこと約20分、席に案内され、この店名物のもつの煮込み、たたき、もつ焼き、くさやを注文。まず最初に出てきた牛もつの煮込みは、もつが柔らかくこってりとした味でもつの煮込が名物という店はたくさんあるけど、この店より美味しいと思うもつの煮込みには今の所出会った事がない絶品の味。次に出てきたもつ焼き(塩)も大ぶりで塩が効いていてこちらも絶品。もつ焼きは以前2本360円だった値段が400円に値上りしていたけど、この味と具の大きさだったら400円でも妥当だと思う。後、青のりがかかったなんこつ入りのたたきや肉厚のくさやも久し振りに食べたけど美味しかった。今日は久し振りに絶品のもつ焼きを食べる事ができた。また近いうちに来ようと思う。
