久々で、2度目の訪問。
平日に予約をしてです。平日なだけに空いていました。
ですのでゆっくりと過ごせる。
そろそろスキーシーズンなので、今年の営業も終了でしょう。
さて、山の実のコース2750円を当然選択。
まず、蕎麦の実のおかゆ。
蕎麦の実のおいしさを味わえた。味付けもやさしくて蕎麦の実のおいしさが引き立つ。
次にそばがき。
ここの蕎麦がきは、今まで食べた中で一番おいしいと思う。
もちもち感に蕎麦のうまさ、香りがぎゅっと詰まっている。
塩で食べても醤油で食べても合います。ワサビを付けて5パターンで食べる。
醤油の風味にも合うのです。
メインは、蕎麦。
これがまた、最高に好きな蕎麦。
喉コシ、コシ、太さ、風味どれをとっても私の好みにドンピシャ。
食べていて心地よすぎる蕎麦です。
最後に蕎麦ピザ。
今回は、アンチョビのピザにしました。
蕎麦の生地のピザはあまり食べたことないですが、これも強めの味で最後を〆てくれます。
コースだと昼食で3000円弱ですが、それでも安く感じてしまう。
久々に行きましたが、とても満足してお店を後にしました。
