20時頃に2名で伺いました。ここ数日荒天続きで近海産の天然ものがなかなか入らないそうでネタが少ないとのことでしたが、おすすめいただいた 煽り烏賊刺し身と 焼き鯛をいただくことに!
日本酒は旭日酒造と出雲富士酒造からだされてるようで、我々は純米吟醸の出雲富士(2合瓶)をいただきました。
お通しは、・穴子南蛮漬け と ・河豚の煮凝り を一品づついただきました。
煽り烏賊の刺し身は、地元ならではの甘めの刺身醤油にたっぷりの生姜を絡めて!イカのじゅんわりと口に広がる甘みが堪らない。こんなに美味しいイカはなかなか味わえない。感動。
何の記念日でもないですが…近海でとれた甘鯛をまるまる1尾いただきます︎︎︎︎❤︎ ふっくらとした鯛の身美味しすぎて至福です

今年といえば、地元大社高校の甲子園での快神撃に沸いた夏!大将も私達も出身校ということで、お隣のお客さんたちとの会話も盛り上がり、楽しいひとときを過ごしました
