久しぶりに「ごだん 宮ざわ」に伺ってきました。
前回は二巡目で利用しましたので今宵は一巡目(18:30)で予約をお願いしております。
やはりこの時間帯の方が利用しやすいのは当然ですが、それは皆同じ・・・
「一巡目」&「宮澤さんがいらっしゃる時」を狙っての予約は少し前にお願いしておりました。
場所は五条烏丸から北へ徒歩5分以内かと思います。
烏丸通りの裏、東洞院通り沿いのひっそりとした所にあります。
夜のメニューは10,000円・13,500円・18,000円の3種類
今宵は事前に18,000円(税・サ10%別)でお願いしております。
店内はカウンター8席と小さなL型の個室のつくり。
とても清潔感と品ある空間で落ち着きます。
宮澤さんと軽くご挨拶をしお料理スタートです。

お料理について
派手さはないのですが、しっかりとした仕事ぶりはお味から静かに主張されてきます。
器の拘りも同様、まるでご主人を象徴するかのようなお料理・器の数々は素晴らしいものです。
「ごだん宮澤」さんの独特な静の空間を牽引しているのはご主人をはじめ職人さん・女将さんの気持ちのよい所作振る舞いからかと思います。
とても落ち着ける素敵なお店です。
