ある夜、yamalogさん、Mハルさん、インテル京都さんと伺ったのは「ぎをん福志」さん。
場所は祇園町南側の花見小路を西に入った場所。
この辺りは店前で並ぶことを禁じてる場所で何だか緊張感があります。
店内に入ると立派な檜カウンターが眩しい。
ご主人と軽い会話を交わしながらお料理スタートです。

厳選された素材はどれも素晴らしいもので安心して頂けました。
雰囲気も上品でとても素敵なお店でした。
