東京に帰省した際に伺いました♪
お昼からすき焼きランチです(^^)
すき焼きコース嵯峨野6000円。
霜降りのお肉と赤身のお肉が半分ずつ食べれるコースをセレクト。(前菜、お肉、野菜、ご飯、赤だし、デザート)
今回は、霜降りのお肉が京都牛、赤身のお肉が鹿児島牛でした。
霜降りのお肉は脂が甘く、濃いめの味付けの関西風すき焼きと合います(*^^*)
赤身のお肉もさっぱり頂けました♪
あまりの美味しさに今回もお肉をお代わりしました♪
