開店直後は予約無しで突撃するものの毎度満席でしたがそろそろ落ち着いたかと思うのでお邪魔しました。
鶏は薩摩の地鶏だそうでこのあたりこだわりを感じます。メニューは基本焼鳥の本数が決まったコース構成になりますが丁度良いペースで色々な串を楽しめます。

焼鳥は日によって変わるようです。
追加串で先日頂いた、
白子
丸ハツ
を追加、今まで食べた事の無い部位を絶妙な火加減で頂いて鶏の旨さを堪能しました。
こちらをはじめ最近銚子の街は面白い店が増えて来た気がします、嬉しいですね。
