大阪へ来てもう1つのメインはここ、懐石料理 桝田。
2回目の再訪です。 板前さんとも話やすく落ち着くお店です。
初訪は去年5月、充電し忘れて写メ撮れず投稿諦めました・・・
先ずは生ビールを頼みました。 何故だろう?写メではロックグラスに見えますが、本当は三角形の形でビールを注ぐと富士山に見立てたグラスなんです。
先付:松茸昆布締めとアワビとキモのせ。
お椀:自家製カラスミと蕪のお浸し。
向付:伊勢エビとホタテ イクラの醤油漬け。
お凌ぎ:カマスのお鮨 柚子胡椒のせ。
八寸。
焼き物:カニとウニのしんじょう。
炊き合わせ:甘鯛の酒蒸し。
ご飯:松茸ご飯。
水菓子:あんぽ柿とラズベリーのジュレ。
どれも絶品で和やかな雰囲気もいいです。松茸ご飯は食べきれないのでお握りにしてもらって持ち帰りました。
今度はいつ行けるかな? 美味しく頂きました。
