6月にオープンした、高知 鮨 わたなべ。
4種類のコースがあり、7000円のコースで予約し訪問しました。
エレベーターを出ると店内になっており、店員さんが出迎えてくれます。 最初の訪問客は私達で、あっ!大将・・ 顔が怖い・・・
席に座ると大将がしゃべりかけてきました。 顔の表情が緩くなり、お茶目な印象。 気さくな方だww ヒトサラの写真も変えて欲しいらしいwww
コース内容は、先付三種・本日の鮮魚4種盛り・進め肴・お肉料理・箸休め・特選鮨八貫・食後のデザートになっています。
どれも盛り付けや彩りが良く、和・洋それぞれ活かした料理になってます。
特選鮨八貫:剣先イカ・穴子・トロ・コハダ・甘鯛昆布締め・マグロ漬け・イサギ・ウニです。
高知で珍しいのは穴子とコハダ! 穴子を生で頂くのは高松依頼w コハダは普段、高知では食べません。 出してくる鮨屋も少ないかも・・
八貫じゃ物足りないので二貫追加しました。 木箱からネタを見せてくれました。 食べてない物でww たこ・サーモン塩締めを頂きました。
美味しく頂きました。
