1泊、夕食朝食付きで宿泊。
とっっても広大な敷地で琵琶湖ビュー、後ろは山で大自然の中、非日常感たっぷりです。
夕食はペアリング付きのフレンチ。
地元滋賀の食材が使われたイノベイティブなお料理で、メニューを見ながら次はどんなのかな☺︎とわくわくしながら頂きました。
提供していただくワインや日本酒がお料理を引き立たせてくれとても美味しく頂けます。
普段日本酒は飲まないのですが、竹生嶋という長期熟成したお酒は最初はメープルシロップみたいな風味、その後は昆布出汁のような味で出会ったことのないタイプでした。
お料理やお酒の説明も適度に入れてくださり、楽しい時間を過ごせました。
最後には私のバースデーケーキと、スタッフの方たちから寄せ書きを頂き感動。
本当にありがとうございました。
リピートしたいホテルになりましたが、10月からレストランがリノベーションに入り4ヶ月程お休みになるそう。
この春から料理長がアメリカの方に代わられており、料理長の意見も取り入れた造りになるそうです。
再開後また楽しみにしてます。
