GWディナーとしてお伺いしたのは2020年4月のオープンながら、連続して焼鳥食べログ百名店にも選出された、焼鳥とイタリアンの両方が頂ける此方。
オーナーシェフの藤本氏は星付き店や老舗店で修行された方だそうです。
店内は何処か外国のバルに来たような暗めでシックな雰囲気、天井も高く店内が広く感じます。螺旋階段が有るので2階席も有るのかと思ったら無いそう。
以前は焼鳥メインだったそうですが、今はイタリアンを合わせた6,600円のコースのみ。焼鳥は料理の合間に1本毎提供するスタイル。時間は6時、7時、8時の各時間一斉スタート。
鮮魚(本鮪)のカルパッチョ
鮪は程良く脂が乗って甘くて美味しい。カルパッチョにしないで刺身で出してもば良い位の上質さ。
・かしわ 焼鳥1本目
ありふれた表現ですが、表面はカリッとして、中は溢れんばかりのジューシーさ、正にこの表現が的確。
・ズワイガニの茶碗蒸し
ズワイガニの味わいより、牛乳やほうれん草の味わいが強いかな。ですがコレはコレで味わえます。
・つくね 焼鳥2本目
私が知ってるコリッとしたつくねではなく、フワッと柔らかく、後からジュワッと肉汁が滲み出る新感覚のつくね。
・はつ 焼鳥3本目
ぷりっとした食感で肉厚。生姜が乗って一味違う。
・コロポックル村のアスパラガスとしらす
アスパラガス自体食べ応え有り。玉子の黄身のソースも美味しい。
・やげん軟骨 焼鳥4本目
コリコリとした食感と旨味の有る肉分が一緒になって塩加減も良し。
・ふりそでとはまぐりのアクアパッツァ
ふりそでとは鶏の肩肉。甘味が有って肉汁と出汁が上品な味わい。はまぐりも肉厚で美味しい。
・手羽 焼鳥5本目
串を抜いて骨と骨と持って引き裂いて食べて下さい、と食べ方指南に従ってかぶりつくと、脂が乗ってジューシー、塩加減も相まって美味しい。
・そぼろご飯
見た目はガパオライスてすが、パクチーと思ったら三つ葉、味付けもスパイシーで辛くはなく和風味。コレはコレで美味しい。
食後感はイタリアンも美味しいが、焼鳥は何れも絶品でもっと頂きたい位。
只、焼き場が一人なので、予約を1時間単位でずらし、合間にイタリアンを入れるシステムとしたのでしょう。
これだけ料理が美味しくて、雰囲気も良く、しかも比較的リーズナブルなので、またお伺いします。ご馳走様でした。
