【感想】
・約3年ぶり(2021年以来)の来店で、コースの内容がだいぶ変化した印象です。以前はお腹がいっぱいになった/なりそうな時点で、オーダーストップとしていましたが、今は定数制のようで、「これが最後の串です」と店員さんからお知らせがあります。
・コースの串は7本のようで、ボリューム的にはちょっと物足りないです。
・味は焼き鳥店としてはトップクラスで、特に皮、高坂鶏レバー、同じく手羽元は食べる価値の高い一品です。
・最近は弟子のお店が目立っていますが、本家本元はさすがといった感じです。年に1回程度は来たいですね。
