接待で利用させていただきました。
お店に入ると、カウンターのみの席が並んでいます。
予め予約して行きましたが、満席だったようです。でも、次から次へとお客さんの来店はありました。
最初の付け出しの雲丹その他と、その次の鯛を揚げてあんかけした物は共通のお料理です。
いずれも濃すぎず薄すぎず、絶妙な味加減でした。
さて、これからが本番です。
目の前に食材が並べられ、アラカルトで調理していただけるとのこと。
どれを取っても、素晴らしい食材が並べられ、目を楽しませていただけると同時にオープンカウンターになっているため、その調理の様子を眺めることが出来ます。
写真に示したように、色々な調理法でお料理を提供していただきましたが、どれもとても美味しかったです。
“宮津の鳥貝”は特別立派なものであり、信じられないくらい甘みがありました。
また、蟹も、横に添えてある甘酢につけていただくと、甘さが凄く引き立つものでした。
色々なお店を利用してきましたが、全てが圧巻で、魅せられました。だから一緒に同席された方と会話があまりないままに時間が過ぎていきました。
常にその時の旬な食材を豊富に揃えていて、お客さんの好みに合わせてアラカルトで何でも提供していただけるお店です。きっと何回利用しても飽きがこないと思います。
機会があればまた是非とも利用させていただきたいです。
