落ち着いていて上品な雰囲気もあり、とても好きな夜の「神楽坂」。
そんな神楽坂で、夜10時以降でも入れる素敵な和食のお店「石かわ」と「琥珀」。
子弟関係の上記2店ですが、兄にあたる「石かわ」は、個室もあり接待にも便利です。
上品で趣きのある素敵な店内個室にて、旬の日本を堪能させていただきました!

お酒 黒龍他。
<とても美味しかったと思う点>
・出し汁がたまらなく美味しいせいでしょうか、すっぽん、鯨もスープが絶品!
特にすっぽんのお雑煮? 柔らかい薄めのお餅の中から、トロリとすっぽんの身肉汁が口の中でとろけます。
・若鮎の塩焼きは、最高! 25分位かけてゆっくり焼かれるそうですが、上品に皮全体がカリッと焼けています。
・デザートもスイカに洋酒ゼリーにココナツミルク?ですが、抜群に美味しい。
<やや満足度が低かった点>
・真鯛の刺身は、まだ「こりっ」と感が残っている感じで、とても美味しいのですが、刺身が1種だということ、
また1人前5切れ?もあるのにソース等に変化がないのが少し寂しく感じました。
・琥珀と同じで、〆のご飯が炊きこみですが、炊き立てでとても美味しい白米なのですが、今一歩「感動」とまでいきませんでした。
・牛ミスジ、美味しいのですが、たまらなく美味しい!というレベルではありません。
・「すっぽん」、「鯨」という少し変化球?的なメインが汁もので2種入ったのも少し寂しい気も。
ただ流石は神楽坂の名店☆☆☆
旬の美味しい料理と日本酒を、お腹一杯堪能させていただきました!
