大阪の北新地にある「さえ喜」に5年ぶり位の再訪。
深夜まで営業しているのですが、2か月前の予約でやっとの訪問です。
最初はつまみから

*雲丹と筋子の小丼

(メモを紛失してしまい、料理は写真から思い出したもので「多分」というレベルです)

つまみ、握り、お任せでいただいたお酒のセンスも素晴らしいです!
鰹の酒盗は、5年程前にも同じものをいただいた記憶があります(笑)
最高峰の素材、ワサビは静岡御殿場産で日本でも3店しか使用していない最高級のもの。
海苔も有明海の最高のものを使用しているそうです。
料金は2万円位でしたが、松茸の茶碗蒸しもあり、コスパさえも心地良く感じました!
そして何といっても調理が目の前で見て楽しめる絶妙な「距離感&ライブ感」が最高です!
また清潔感があり明るく適度な空間ですが、
大将が料理だけでなく、会話や素材の説明等でもお客皆のテンションを高めてくれる演出もあり・・
11席のお客同志もまるで同じ高揚感に包まれているかのような?和やかな一体感に包まれ・・・
美味しさと共に笑顔の輪が広がります。
