様々な調理方法で楽しませてくれるのが1日6席のカウンター限定「淡海地鶏食べ尽くしコース」
超貴重な部位の刺身から、サラダ、炭火焼き、ご飯、〆のラーメンまで・・・

これまた、前回に増して美味しく感じました!
こちらのコースは、普通の女性は本当にお腹を空かせて望まないと容易には食べきれないようにも思います(笑)
ただ川中さんの朗らかな接客と丁寧な説明もあり、初めて1人の女性訪問でも安心♪
さらにあまりの美味しさで⁉︎ 客席からは笑顔が絶えません^^

<2015年11月 初訪>
滋賀県 琵琶湖のほとりの住宅街の裏路地にある地鶏の名店『じどりや穏座(じどりやおんざ)』に念願かなって初訪問(2か月近く前に電話予約)。
時間にかなり余裕があり、JR小野駅からのんびり徒歩でコンビニの直ぐ奥の細道を曲がり損ね迷いつつも20分程度で到着(JR堅田駅からタクシーで約5分)
18時15分~カウンターにて3,800円(税別)の「淡海地鶏食べ尽くしコース」をいただきました。
淡海地鶏は、黒い地鶏だそうで、お店の直ぐ奥に鶏小屋があるそうです。
既に飲んでいてお酒はいきなり六代目百合35度のロック600円から^^
~以下コース料理~
*鮎と土佐海老の甘炊き
*地鶏と7種のキノコのスープ(雌の膝から下の肉を使用)、小さなライ麦パン、カンボジア生のオリーブオイル
*ササミのジンジャー、ムネ、モモ肉のリンゴチップスモーク、金柑ママレード添え
*前菜
・地元野菜のピクルス、バジルシードのジュレ
・雌の地鶏とレタス、スダチ
・雌肉 ワサビ
・雌モモ肉みそ 9日目?

・雄の太モモ チーズ削り、ピンクペッパー 雄の方が歯ごたえがあるそうです

特製中華ソース、塩麹にポン酢

雌のトサカ、きんかん、雌のレバー、脾臓(チレ)、砂ずり、セギモ、 腎臓、輸卵管、気管 だったような・・
*ぼんじりの姿焼き 以下焼きは炭火

料理は確かこんな感じだったと思います。
コース料理のレビューは大変ですね。。正直あまり得意ではありません(^_^;)
「麺類」のレビューと違い時間はかかるし、優等生レビュアーではないのでどんどん未レビューが溜まっていってしまいまーす・・
そんなことはどうでも良いですね(笑)
それにしてもこの『穏座』の3,800円のカウンターおまかせの「淡海地鶏食べ尽くしコース」は、圧巻の「種類の多さ」でトータルのボリュームも凄い!
美味しく楽しく雄雌の地鶏の最高に美味しい部位を余すところなく様々な調理方法で堪能出来て、さらに野菜もちゃんと食べれるところも魅力的♪
まさに驚愕?衝撃のコスパで地鶏を食べ尽くし、大、大、大満足♬
ちなみに両隣は超常連のお客さん達でしたが、右隣りのセレブで上品なご夫婦にはワインをご馳走になるわ、左隣のお店の工事もされたという開店以前からの超常連のおじさんと、1級建築士の資格も持たれているという大将の川中さん(温厚で明るい!)とは楽しい会話で盛り上がり・・・1人の初めての訪問でしたが、最高に楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました^^
という感じでこちらのカウンターは、凄い・・いや凄すぎます!
これからさらに予約が取れなくなっていきそうな、もはや奇跡の6席。

大人数向けの「とり鍋コース」、「地鶏すき焼きコース」、「淡海地鶏水炊きコース」、「淡海地鶏しゃぶコース」、「地鶏塩焼コース」が楽しめる「掘りこたつ席」が約20席。
