以前、新宿にこちらと同じようなメニューの白龍ってお店があり、だいぶ前に閉店してしまってから食べたくなるとこちらに訪問しています。
新宿のお店の親戚の方と昔聞いた事があります。

なんと言っても、こちらの特徴は卓上にある、ニンニク醤油を料理にかけます。
五目湯麺にも、角煮にも、漬け物にも、焼餃子のタレにも。
湯麺にはトマトやセロリが入るのも特徴です。
優しいスープにニンニク醤油を入れて味を調整します。
餃子もセロリ入り。
昔、新宿のお店で食べた時にセロリ嫌いが改善されました。
