予約をして訪問しましたが二時間かつ刺身盛合せの人数分注文が条件。人気店なのでやむを得ないでしょう。
ビールはうすはりグラスで好印象。お通しはつぶ貝と青菜おひたし、出汁のきいた薄味が良い。
▪️刺身盛合せ
鰆、鰹はタタキで、貝柱は平貝、鯛は皮付き、はりいか、小ふぐはおろしに梅和えと、ひと手間かけた全て地物のラインナップが嬉しい。
▪️鯛の子煮
鯛の子は一般的な温かい出汁で煮たものではなく、冷製で柔らかいタイプでねっとりとした旨さ。蕨が添えられている。
▪️いか下足と竹の子と岩のりかき揚げ
はりいかの下足のぷりぷり食感、竹の子は根元のぼりぼりした部分、岩のりの香り。薄めの衣でまとめるのは難しいと思うが上手にまとまっていてとても美味い。
▪️文旦白和え
酸味と少し苦味のある文旦は白和えにすることでお酒にとてもあう。ガラスの器も素敵です。
▪️自家製からすみ
小さめのからすみですが、味はねっとり美味。
そろそろ時間なので最後にお味噌汁をいただいて帰ります。もう少しゆっくりしたかったけどやむなし。
お料理はとても良いのですが、刺し盛り必注のシステムや、時間よりかなり前のラストオーダーなどサービス面で評価が分かれそう。
