阿佐ヶ谷駅から徒歩5分程の距離にある焼肉屋さん。
此方は、言わずと知れた名店ですよねw
今月末に4号店もオープンするとのことで、お店の勢いが止まりません!
にもかかわらず、予約でいっぱいなのは凄いですよね~♪
やはり焼肉行くなら、プロに焼いてもらうのが一番だと思います。
有り難いことにお誘いを頂いて初2号店に行ってきました。

焼肉屋さんといったら、やっぱりハラミとタンは外せませんよねw
タン塩といったら絶対レモン!と思ってましたが、魔法の粉も♪
・シャトーブリアンのカツサンド(ブリカツサンド)
パンは大阪のシュクレクールを使用したブリカツサンド。
ここのカツサンド食べると、他の食べれなくなりますよねww

ガツンとニンニクが効いた叩ききゅうりは箸休めにピッタリw
・カメノコ
今回のはサシが強めなので、山葵醤油orおろしポン酢で頂くのがおススメとのこと。
・ブリ飯雲丹乗せ
ブリ飯に使用されるのはなんと2種類(佐賀牛&熊本牛和王)のシャトーブリアン!
1人前でこのサイズは凄くないですか~w
・冷麺
・柚子シャーベット
焼きあがると店員さんがその肉に合うタレを教えてくれますが、
常連さん方々からは、迷ったら魔法の粉(特製スパイス)をつけとけば間違いなしと教わりましたw
なので、ワサビ醤油と魔法の粉以外、ほとんど使わなかった気が・・・笑
ドリンクは各自、ハイボールやら烏龍茶などを2,3杯ずつ。
1軒目で多少頂いて空腹でないにも関わらず、皆さんハイペースw
やはり美味しいお肉(それも赤身に限るw)はペロリ~♪
翌日になっても全然胃もたれしないのが嬉しいです。
美味しいお肉たくさん食べれて幸せでした!
