本日の食べ歩きは我孫子市「うな志ん」にて特上うな丼を頂きます。
10月最後の日曜日は少し足を延ばして千葉県我孫子市を訪問しましたよ。
目的地を訪問し終えて14時を過ぎた遅い昼食を鰻屋で頂く事となりました。
予約制との事ですが店主様の配慮で食する事が許されテーブル席に着座です。
メニューから特上うな丼を注文し待つ事40分程で先に前菜からの提供です。
早速シェアして頂きます。

前菜は高野豆腐、玉葱の赤酢漬け、椎茸の昆布締めの内容で味付けが良いね。
注文を受けてからご飯を炊き挙げる拘りが詰まった鰻丼は肝吸いと漬物付き。
日により厳選する本日の鰻は宮崎県産の鰻との事で期待が膨らみますよね!
程良い焼き目と芳ばしい香りが食欲を増進させる鰻はフックラした軟らかさ。
甘過ぎない醤油ベースのタレに炭火焼きの芳ばしい風味が調和して美味しい!
醤油焼きにして肝の臭みを抜き食べ易くした肝吸いは拘りが詰まるお吸い物!
漬物は奈良漬けと糠漬けの二種類でサクッと歯応えが良く味付けも良いです。
食後のデザートは吉野葛のブランマンジェと秋の果物の柿で美味しそうです。
プルプルとした軟らかいブランマンジェは優しい甘味で柿は濃厚で美味しい!
ご馳走様でした。
フックラとした身の鰻は軟らかい口当たりで味付けも良く美味しかったです!
前菜、肝吸い、漬物、デザートと拘りが詰まった逸品で此方も美味しかった。
40分程待ちますが店主様の気遣いでお喋りが弾み時間が経つのを忘れますよ。
鰻が有名な成田市前の我孫子市で美味しい鰻を頂けて満足の食べ歩きでした!
