いつも刺盛りではなくせいもん払いさんでは単品でお刺身をいただきます。
ごま鯖は勿論、ここのぶりっぶりのカンパチを食べると東京のカンパチじゃ物足りなくなってしまいます。
一緒に山わさびも持ってきてくれます。
脂ノリノリの太った真鰯、綺麗なピンクです。
珍しく自家製しめ鯖があったので炙りと半々で注文。
済州島産の鯖みたいですが五島の鯖より大きい脂の強いイメージ。
少し臭みがあったかな。
せいもん払いさんの鯨は焼酎が進みます。
こちらで鯨をいただいて鯨のイメージ変わりました。
エビフライでも使われる大きな海老を塩焼きで。
頭の味噌まで美味しくいただきました。
最後に村尾一杯と鰤カマで締めました。
