土曜日の18:30、予約をして「焼肉鉄人」を訪れた。札幌で最も好きな焼肉店の一つで、毎年年末には親を連れて訪れる恒例行事となっている。人気店ゆえ予約は必須で、今回も店内は既に多くの客で賑わっていた。今回は小上がりのテーブル席に案内された。
今回注文したのは、和牛カルビ、タン、和牛タン、ロース、サガリ、ホルモン塩、塩ガツ、上ミノ、ビビンバ、キムチ盛合わせ、お通しナムル、ユッケジャンスープと豪華ラインナップ。特にホルモンは濃いめの味付けで、この店ならではの一品。和牛カルビは脂の旨味が存分に楽しめ、和牛タンは厚みがありジューシーで特に印象的だった。ロースも1人前700円とコスパ抜群。
塩ガツや上ミノはさっぱりとした味わいが焼肉の流れを良い具合に調整してくれる。さらに、お通しのナムルは驚きの120円という価格ながら味も文句なし。コスパの良さが際立つこの店は、焼肉好きにはたまらない選択肢だ。
今回も「焼肉鉄人」でしっかり満足感を得られた。札幌で焼肉を楽しむなら一度は訪れるべき名店である。
