遠野を中心に岩手県の食材を供するイタリアンですが、既に遠野イタリアンと読んでもいいほどユニーク。発酵食材やジビエ、自分で採ってきたキノコや桜や楢のスモークをかけた肉やクリーム。炭火でバリっとやいたもの等々実にユニークです。でも、基礎がしっかりしているから奇をてらったものにはなっていません。
おなじみになった目の前モッツァレラチーズは必見。今後ますます目の離せないお店です。
