春は山菜、夏は野菜、秋はキノコ。んー、冬はなにを食べさせてくれるんだろう?と興味深々で伺いました。今回は、ランチの5500円のコースです。
コースは、熊や鹿肉を使った料理がメインで、そこに毎度おなじみのホエーのソースなどが素材の持ち味を生かしています。それと冬なので、ジャガイモとか里芋を使った料理も供されて、こちらもまた新しい食感で楽しかったです。ちなみに雪が解けたということでフキノトウが出てきたそうです。今回の料理にも春の香りと心地よい苦みを添えてくれています♪
ワインは、持ち込みました。いやー昼から丁寧に作られた料理に珠玉のワイン。まさに口福です。
