四谷三丁目駅から曙橋側に坂を下る途中にあるお寿司屋さんです。前々から気になっていたお店で、店構えも内装も皆がイメージする ザ・お寿司屋さん 然 とした雰囲気あるお店です。
にぎり寿司12貫のコースでお邪魔しました。
蛸の煮付けから始まり、にぎりは、真鯛、鯵、スミイカ、白魚、赤貝、金目鯛炙り、コハダ、車海老、赤身、中トロ、雲丹、穴子と出してくれました。追加で、サヨリとカンワサも頼みました。どのネタも新鮮で素材に合わせた丁寧な仕事で、美味しくいただきました。
最後に出してくれた卵焼きは、聞けば海老のすり身を混ぜたもので、焼くのもなかなか大変なようです。すり身入りとは、卵焼きというよりもはや伊達巻なのでは…
入店時はちょっと緊張しましたが、明るい店内と気さくな大将のおかげで楽しく過ごせました。
