日曜日の開店11時の15分前に到着。お店前の駐車場は5台分。最後の1台にギリギリセーフで駐車。ウェイティングボードとかないので並んで待ちます。並ぶのは代表して1人でもOKだけど、入店する時は全員揃っていないと席に案内して貰えないのでご注意を!今回は眺めの良い2階のカウンター席利用させて頂きました。大きな窓や吹き抜けからの眺めを楽しんでいると手際よくお料理が運ばれてきます。お蕎麦は黒と白の2種類。お得なセットメニューもありますが単品で食べ比べてみることに。黒と白、味も食感も大きな違いは感じませんでしたがどちらかといえば黒かなぁ…。薬味の選定も天ぷらの揚げ加減も蕎麦湯も全てお店のこだわりを感じるものでした。塩が普通に置いてあったのもgood。
