毎日の外食が楽しくなるグルメ情報
というわけで、
飛騨牛と松茸を堪能するべく、
岐阜まで来ています。
場所は、岐阜の飲み屋街玉宮にある、
岐阜横丁という名の、飲み屋がたくさん入ったビル。
上の階で目的の飛騨牛と松茸を堪能して、
もうちょっと飲んで行こうかと、
下の階へ。
いろいろなお店がある中、
小籠包との文字が。
あっ、いいね、小籠包！
丁度そんな気分。
カウンターに着席して、
まずは、ビールから。
ストロベリーミルクシェイク風味なんていう、
かわいいパッケージのクラフトビールなんかが、
ありましたので、まずはそれを頂きます。
グラスに注ぐとほんのりピンク色したクラフトビールは、なかなか甘酸っぱくうまい。
それではと、
注文していきます。
まずはもちろん肉小籠包。
炙り雲丹小籠包。
カウンターの目の前で、店主が手際よく、
生地の状態から、生地をカットして、
うまく皮を丸く薄く伸ばして、挽肉を皮に詰めていき、
キュキュッとあの小籠包の形に仕上げていきます。
まさかのライブパフォーマンス。
その手際良さと言ったら職人技です。
ここまでの、今出来立ての小籠包を食べられるお店って
存在するのでしょうか。
あの、世界的に名の知れた台湾の小籠包の超有名店ですらきっと真似できない、このライブ感。
それを今岐阜横丁で体感しています。
しかも、この店主、そのワールドワイドに有名な小籠包の台湾の本店に在籍していたとか...
そんなスーパーな手包み師が、岐阜横丁にいらっしゃいました。
蒸し器で蒸されて、パカっと。
中のスープが透けています。
店主がまずは何もつけないでそのまま食べてみてと。
これは、口の中ズル剥けの火傷状態を
覚悟して頂きましたが、
確かにこれがうまい。
口の中で溢れ出す肉汁はもちろん火傷級ですが、
ズル剥けしてしまってもいい程うまい。
スープが口の中で洪水状態です。
なんで、今まで小籠包と言ったら、
プスっと皮に穴を開けて、最初にスープを
レンゲになんて、上品に食べていたのであろうか、
後悔するほどうまい。
店主自ら目の前で炙ってくれる、雲丹の乗っかった、
小籠包ももちろんうまく、見た目も華やかで映えるのだが、肉小籠包一択でいいと感じた。
とにかくこの小籠包は、とてつもなくうまい。
何度もいいますが、ここは岐阜横丁。
あの岐阜の餃子の名店の行列を
超えて歩いた岐阜横丁。
小籠包で衝撃を受けて、他の料理も食べてみたくなります。
それが案の定、
まさかのザーサイから、メンマまで、
完全にノックアウトされました。
いや、あの横の脇役かと思ってた、
ザーサイですよ、あのメンマですよ。
もう、今までごめんなさいって感じです。
こんなに美味しいの？
さらに、
麻婆豆腐ではなく、麻婆白子
これがうまいのなんの、ソースの奥深さが、
わけのわからないほど深く。
とりあえず家でライスに絡めて食べたすぎて、
これは、店主にお願いして、
サランラップで巻いて持ち帰りました。
あと、
特大すぎるでしょという、
チーパイ。
顔隠れるレベルとかじゃないです。
腰に巻きたくなるレベル。
このチーパイのスパイスも本格的な異国感じる
奥深さ。
これもさすがにデカすぎて、
サランラップで巻いて持ち帰りです。
全ての料理、小籠包から、まさかの
ザーサイから、メンマに至るまで、とにかく本当にまた来たいと思わせてくれる料理の数々でした。
岐阜横丁で、こんなに美味しい料理に出会えるなんて、思ってもいませんでした。
必ず再訪したい。
