東京メトロの白金高輪駅の3番出口を出て、駅を背にして右方面に歩き、突き当たりを左折してすぐの信号を右折、そこからしばらく恵比寿方面に歩いていくと北里大学病院の手前あたりにあるお鮨屋さん。白金高輪駅からゆっくり歩いて約10分くらいです。
1ヶ月前の予約のうえ、平日夜20:30に2名で伺いました。
L字のカウンター席のみの静かで高級感のある内観です。
おまかせ×2 + 追加で握り3貫(紫雲丹、中トロ、穴子) + 日本酒3合、瓶ビール1つ 合計約¥41000。

その後追加で紫雲丹、中トロ、穴子を1貫ずつお願いしました。
デザートは黒蜜のアイスクリームでした。

おつまみも握りも素材の良さを最大限に活かしつつ、繊細なお仕事が施された極上の美味しさでした。
握りは大きめの力強い1貫で、お腹もかなり満足できました。
食器類のセンスやお店の静謐な雰囲気、そして大将、女将さん、スタッフ様方々の丁寧な接客にも癒され、幸せな時間を満喫させていただきました。
