JR総武線の亀戸駅の北口から駅を背にして左方向に進み、いきなりステーキの前を通り過ぎてすぐ右折、さらにすぐ細い路地を左に入っていくと右手にある焼鳥屋さん。民家が立ち並ぶ路地の一角にあります。
約3週間前の予約のうえ、平日17:30に1名で伺いました。
大人の雰囲気漂う洗練された内観です。入口入って左手のカウンター席に着席。
おまかせはお腹いっぱいになる少し手前でストップのお声掛けをお願いしますとのこと。
16串と2品 + 鳥スープ + 日本酒グラス3杯 合計¥9400。
おまかせの内容は以下のとおりです。
1.お通しのぬか漬け
2.かしわ(もも肉) 鶏肉の旨みが溢れ出てきました。
3.さび焼き(ささみ) 絶妙な火入れに感動です。
4.白玉(うずらの卵) 黄身が半熟です。あと5個くらい食べたかったです。
5.はつもと 咀嚼するたび溢れる脂さえ美味しい。
6.血肝(レバー) 口の中でとろけるので歯はいらないかも。
7.銀杏 焼いた銀杏のいい香りと甘みがグッド。
8.合鴨のささみ 通常のささみより若干歯応えがある感じ。
9.アピオス 青森産のお芋。
10.つくね 旨みが凝縮されていて脂が滴り落ちてきます。
11.肩 柔らかくて上質な味わい。
12.せせり これまた脂ギッシュで味も抜群。
13.首皮のお造り
14.ちょうちん 一口でどうぞとのこと。濃厚な黄身の味わいが口いっぱいに広がります。

17.椎茸 焼き具合が絶妙。

おまかせはここまでにしていただきました。
そして鳥スープをお願いしてフィニッシュです。
