今宵は一人でカウンターでゆっくりしてみる。
個室利用も盛況の模様。個室と焼き場が近いので、アツアツの焼鳥そのままに出せる距離感に個室があるのが良い。

淡海地鶏の手羽元マッシュルーム!
そして、早堀りたけのこ!
えんがわは、にんにくの芽が良いアクセントになる。脂と食感が感じられるが、にんにくの芽があることで、しつこくなくなる
手羽元マッシュルームは、毎回、フレンチの装い。今回はブルギニヨンソース、ということで、ややエスカルゴを思わせる。でも、しっかり淡海の脂とマッチ!
早堀たけのこは、たけのこと油揚げが絶妙にマッチ。ぎっしり詰まったたけのこの間に油揚げが挟まって食感を良くしている。山椒の葉っぱも良きアクセント!
カレーは初めていただきましたが、コリアンダー、カルダモン、クミン、グローブ、などとハーブも入っているのか、肉の脂とカレーがうまく混じりあった絶品カレー。鶏そぼろ丼に次ぐ締めの定番になりそう!
今回も美味でした!デートにも!一人でも!接待でも!数人の仲間と仲良く飲みも!いろんなシチュエーションで利用できる名店です!
