「千成寿司」へ、またまた訪問。
今回は驚きのコース展開でスタートから心をつかまれました。
最初は珍しいクジラのタタキ、続いて香ばしい油カスキャベツ炒めとお寿司。
次は鍋かと思いきや、まさかのサムギョプサルが登場!ジューシーで旨味たっぷり、これがまた絶品です。
そしてお待ちかねの海老しゃぶしゃぶは甘みが際立ち、さらに今回は3名分の鱧しゃぶしゃぶも。淡白ながら上品な旨味が広がり、どちらも申し分ない美味しさ。
海老しゃぶしゃぶの雑炊食べたかったけど、お腹いっぱいで食べられず…
毎回新しい驚きと感動があり、これで飲み放題付き5,000円ですから、正直あまり教えたくない超お気に入りのお店です。
