【2015年12月再訪問】
開店時間の5分くらい前に到着。
3組くらいが並んでいた。
店内に入る時、いつものように鰻が出てくるに
1時間くらいかかるがいいか聞かれた。
お通し:赤西貝、板わさ、いくらおろしの3品。
肝煮:山椒が旨い。
茶碗蒸し:席で蒸しあがる。
それぞれがいいタイミングで出てきて、茶碗蒸し
が食べ終わる頃に鰻が到着。
特上鰻重:鰻とご飯が別盛り。皿ごと最後に焼いているのか
鰻が熱くて旨かった。タレが濃すぎず鰻の味を感じる。
過去の写真を見ると前回は極上を食べたようで、鰻が
極上の方が大きいかなって感じだけ、こちらで十分。
上鰻弁:ご飯の上に鰻がのった所謂「鰻重」。
ご飯にタレが染みてこちらが好み。
今回は、季節が良かったのか、料理を出せるタイミングが
良かったのか一番美味しかった。また来よう。

水戸のうなぎの名店。
鰻は注文してから出てくるのに一時間。
その鰻が焼き上がるまでの一時間を贅沢に楽しめるお店です。
お通し:時間差で三種類のお通しが出てきます。
先ず、お酒好きはこれでやられます。
肝焼き:二種類の山椒、香り高い方の山椒と肝焼きを日本酒で流したかった。
(相方が運転手で酒が飲めないのでビールで我慢でした)
柳川:苦手なんだけど、この店の山椒と柳川の組合せは最高だった。
鰻重:ここの鰻重はご飯と鰻が別盛り。しかも鰻は一匹半。でもさっぱりしていて
二人ともペロリと食べてしまった。ふんわりとろとろさっぱり。
でも、やっぱりご飯の鰻がのったの(この店のでは鰻丼)が食べたく
再訪問時は、鰻丼に挑戦。こちらも美味しかった。
次回は、ゆっくり日本酒を楽しみながら食べたいなぁ。
そんな贅沢な時間を楽しむお店だと思う。
