肉料理の名店「肉山」静岡へ
2ヶ月先の予約からようやく入店
鹿→豚→いろいろな部位の牛→馬と肉8品、野菜3品の全11品。
肉ばかりですが、いろいろな部位で飽きもなく、赤身肉が多いですがどれも柔らかく、最高の焼き方で提供される肉料理は、焼肉よりも楽しめるし、ステーキよりも重くない。
コースのみ5000円(税別)でCPも良し。
次回の予約を忘れず入れましたが、最速の半年後までおあずけ(笑)
