元同僚の出世祝。ならば相応のお店をと、取って置きの当店を選択。リーズナブルにかなり質の高いお寿司がいただけます。
御主人お一人で切り盛りされているので、あまり客を取らない営業スタイル。今夜も我々ともう一組だけ。落ち着いてお酒と肴が楽しめて、満足感に浸りながら家路につけること請け合い。当地では、群を抜いています。

まずはお造りを含めて料理が出て、そこから宝石が如き握りが続きます。選りすぐりのネタを、寝かせて、炙って、香り付けして、極上の一貫に仕上げて供される握り。ワクワクしながら「次は何かな?」と待つことも味付けのひとつ。
締めには雲丹といくらの小丼。群を抜く海の味わいに、誰もが納得感と満足感いっぱいに、今宵のフィナーレを迎えられること必至。

毎回お酒も当然に進んでしまうのですが、今夜はやや控えめに。でもだいたい同じパターンになるから不思議。料理に合わせて頼んでいるかと言えば、そんなこともなく、その時の気分でペアリング。でも、リーズナブルで旨い酒が揃っているので、何を選んでも間違いなしなんです。
居心地の良いお店だから、なおさら時間の経過が速いのが難点。気付けばもう一組はお帰りになっていて、我々のみに。そろそろ御暇せねば。
