今月のK会は5人参加で始まりました。ここ鳥うおさんは小路の奥にありますが、青森県庁の近くに位置して店内はスーツ姿のお客さんでいっぱいです。今日のコースは2時間飲み放題付き4300円です。先ずテーブルに小鉢が3つあんこうの共和え、もずくのかき卵仕立て、清水川産のなまこ酢、生ビールで乾杯後鴨のスモーク、鳥わさ、鳥のホルモン、白身魚と帆立の酢味噌、蟹と蟹みそ、立て続けに配膳されます。しばらくすると焼き鳥のはつ、カリッカリッに焼いた皮、豚タン、どれも美味しくいただきました。そしておでん鍋が出来上がり、秋刀魚の煮付けです。この秋刀魚の煮付けの柔らかいこと骨まで食べらました。最後に刺し身盛り合わせです。本日のお刺身は、鯛、鯖、んんん〜
?タコ、予約前に苦手な食材として出さないでとお願いしたタコ、あっさり裏切られました。此処は鳥と魚の宝庫鳥うおでした。
