15年7月 佐原の大祭の日の恒例納涼会です。
山車を2階から楽しみながら、フランス料理のフルコースを満喫します。
14年7月 お店の開店以来佐原の夏祭りの初日に2階を貸し切って私が主催の納涼会をしています。
2階の窓から山車を見ると、目の前が丁度山車の位置になり、笛太鼓の迫力とともに山車の飾りを楽しむことができます。
しかし今年は私用で出席できませんでした。
そこで久しぶり昼ご飯を食べに行きました。
手頃なシャンパンを1本いただき、お勧めの食材千葉県産”恋する豚”ロース肉の厚切りグリルを大蒜バターソースとレンズ豆の赤ワインソースのWソースでいただきました。
因みにシャンパンはニコラスフィアット パルティキュイェール ブリュ・レゼルブNVです。
コースはアミュゼに生ハムメロンにトルティージャ(ジャガイモ入りのスペイン風オムレツ)、カプレーゼのサラダ仕立てと冷製ポタージュスープ、フォアグラのポアレに、魚料理は金目鯛と蝦夷鮑のソテー・アイオリソース添え、肉料理は特製の千葉県産”恋する豚”の厚切りグリル・大蒜バターソースとレンズ豆の赤ワインソースのWソース、チョッと追加で枝豆と雑穀米のチーズリゾット、デザートは山梨県産白桃のコンポート・ゼリー寄せです。
友人のお肉料理は国産牛ほほ肉の赤ワイン煮込みです。
とても美味しく大満足で、お腹いっぱいになりました。
