15年3月 久し振りの訪問ですが、かわしま寿司は健在でした。
お魚の準備の都合があるので必ず事前に人数と希望を伝えて予約をするようにして行きます。
でももう既に私の好みは知っているので必要十分なお魚を用意してくれていました。
先ずは茹で鱈場蟹から始まり、カマトロの剥き身を貝割れ大根に山葵と一緒に海苔に巻いていただきました。
シーズンの安い時に松茸を大量に買って冷凍しておくので、チョッと値は張りますがかなりリーズナブルに一年中松茸を楽しめます。
焼き松茸と松茸を握りで楽しんでから、河豚の白子の昆布締めです。
蝦夷馬糞海栗の握り、カマトロの炙りは岩塩をかけてサッパリといただきました。
平目に烏賊の握りと玉子焼き、大トロと穴子に鮑と握りをいただき、締めにもう一度蝦夷馬糞海栗の握りです。
日本酒2本でとても美味しくお腹いっぱいいただきました。
