廻らないお寿司屋さんなのでそうちょいちょいとは行けませんが、お邪魔するといつも満足感に浸ることができます。大将の目端の利いたおもてなしや、ちょうどよい空間で居心地の良さもありますが、なんといってもネタの良さです。
さらには旬の魚介をひと手間入れて供していただけます。
突き出しの鱈子の煮物は、お出汁の良さが光ります。ただただ、美味しいと思える一品から始まって、ちょいと小柱と甘えびをつまみに頂きました。
そして、まだ暖かさ残るといえど秋深まると牡蠣ですね。こちらも出汁をきかせたポン酢でいただくと至福のひとときとなります。
少し握ってもらうことにしました。カウンターに大ぶりの見事な鯵がありましたのでそれからスタート。初夏の脂ののった鯵もいいですけど、この時期の鯵はさっぱりめで皮目から鯵のいい香りがしてきます。口も鼻も幸せ感じていますw
そして、今日は鮭の皮目を炙ったのがありました。表面はタタキのように炙ってあって中は超レアになっています。脂の乗りも最高!炙った皮の香ばしさも最高です。握りをもう一回お願いしました。北海道で食した「ときしらず」を超えています。
いつも頂く焼き穴子の塩・タレはいつもながらの旨さです。大将曰く、穴子も旬があって春先の産卵時期はこうはいかないらしいです。
サービスの赤出汁と牛蒡の手巻きで締めました。
