やっぱり旨いですね
今回は写真を撮ってきたので更新
こうやってあらためて見るとエビ多いなぁ
見てわかるように、こちらの天婦羅は関西風
以前書き忘れていたようですが
関西風なので、紅花油を使い
薄く白い衣でサクッと揚げられてきます
これが天婦羅をたくさん食べられる秘訣ですね
ついつい食べこんでしまいます
油の状態はちゃんと見ていて
すぐに交換していきます
ここもさすがですよね~
天婦羅は塩で食べます
天つゆなどはありません
塩もこだわりぬいていて
良い感じにブレンドされており
塩味が強いって感じではない
ふんわりとした塩味がちょうどよくなんとも言えない感じです
さすが天婦羅一筋にやってるだけのことはある
何から何まですきがないですね~
にも関わらず、追加してもこのお値段
安いですよねぇ

大好物です
実は私、お気に入りの天婦羅屋さんはあるのですが・・・
そちらの評価は好みが入りすぎて客観性がなくなってはと思いしてません
で、大阪でてんぷらを食べたくなった時なんですが
実はそちら以外にも数件、好みのお店がありまして
そのうちの一軒がこちら

現在はミシュランにも掲載され
有名になってしまっているので、ご存じたとは思います
こちらのてんぷら
とにかく、いくらでも入る
油も頻繁に交換し、非常に良い状態のてんぷらを
最後まで美味しく頂けます
そしてなにより
こちらはお安い
この値段でこの味で
それほど高くはないので
興味を持ったらぜひ一度伺ってください
その代わり
基本、天婦羅だけだと思って行ってくださいね
よくある天婦羅出る前に刺身などなどが出るお店ではありませんので
あと
お酒の種類はもう少し欲しいかなぁ
