2017.11.10 初来店
ジンギスカン料理の超有名店「だるま本店」に平日金曜日18時過ぎに行ってきた。行列は5名ほど。この日は寒波が来ていて、外で20分程並んで店内へ。
店内はかなり狭い。厨房をU字カウンター席で取り囲んでいる。
席に着くと、タレが出て、(すり下ろしニンニク、唐辛子も)、焼き台に野菜が置かれた。
まずは、1日30皿限定のヒレ肉、ロース+肩ロースを注文。すぐに出てきて、ヒレ肉からジュウジュウ。タレに浸けて一口。サラリとしたタレが、マトンに良く合う。タレに、ニンニク、唐辛子を投入して食べると、さらに美味いよ。このタレがご飯とベストマッチ。
ヒレ肉は、柔らかくアッサリ。ロース+肩ロースは、ハサミでカットして焼き、食べ応え十分。脂が美味い。さらに通常のジンギスカンを追加。いろいろな部位のマトンが入っていて、上より、コチラがおすすめ。
〆は、タレをご飯にかけて、お茶漬けに。これも美味い。
本場、札幌で、美味いジンギスカン食べたい人に、おすすめ。
