人気店なので、ランチを食べようと、
土曜日のお昼11時45分に予約を入れておきました。
開店前から店の前には、行列ができていました。
入店すると、目の前に生け簀のあるカウンターに案内されました。
いかの活き造り定食 中 2,500円(税込)を3人分注文。
注文が入ると、職人さんが、目の前の生け簀から網でイカをすくいあげ、すぐ捌きます。
まず最初に、いかの活き造りが運ばれてきました。
呼子のイカは、まだ生きていて、下足を動かしていました。
食感は、コリコリして、美味しかった。
食べ終わると、「天ぷらにしますね」といかを下げていきました。
次に、いかの焼売、いかと芋の煮つけにご飯、味噌汁、漬物の定食が出てきます。
煮つけ、しゅうまいとも美味しかった。
定食を食べ終わると、
先程、持っていったイカの天麩羅を持ってきました。
おつゆかごま塩でいただきます。
なぜか、サツマイモの天麩羅がついています。
イカの天麩羅は、柔らかくて美味しかった。
最後にデザートが出てきて終了です。
