「竹の谷蔓牛の雄牛、ウチモモ焼き」肉の弾力も香りも、とても良い力強さを感じられ「純血和牛」を楽しむ事が出来ました。
私は、塩谷さんのファンになりました。美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした。必ずまた伺います。
PS.テレビ番組プロフェッショナルからのオファーを二度断り、今後も「意地でも出ない」との事でしたが、ファンの私としては、ぜひ塩谷さんの知られざる活動や活躍を観たいです!
