【来店経緯】
さて本日は、平日の月曜日。
有楽町駅の交通会館内にある秋田のアンテナショップで買い物を終え、仕事仲間のお勧め店へ。
と言うことで
有楽町駅から徒歩5分、銀座レンガ通り沿いにある
「炉ノ鳥」さんに、開店のPM17:00予約で参りました。
仕事仲間の話によると、活魚と焼き鳥がお勧めだそうで
職人が生け簀からすくい上げた活魚を目の前で捌く様子は、ライヴ感満点なんだとか!
そんなライヴ感満点のお店あるんですか?(驚)
と思いながら早速入店すると、店内は高級感あふれる和の雰囲気で、目の前には半円型の大きなカウンター席が設けられています。
店員さんが「いらっしゃいませ」と物腰やわらかく迎えてくれて、職人が活魚を捌く姿が目の前で見られる一番右奥の席に案内してくれました。
本日は「炉ノ鳥コース」をお願いし、ドリンクは料理にあったお酒をシニアソムリエの篠原さんが提供してくれるとのことなので、すべてお任せすることにしました。

【私のお勧めは】
〈①京都丹馬黒どりそで〉
「そで」とは手羽元のことで、炭火でじっくり焼き上げたそでは、皮はパリッと香ばしく良質な脂で、ふんわりした身と一緒にいただくと、とても美味しかったです♪
〈②活伊勢海老刺身〉
食感は口の中で弾けるようなプリップリ感で、舌にまとわりつく伊勢海老特有の甘みがとても美味しかったです(^^)
〈③活平目の刺身〉
生け簀からすくい上げた40cm程の大きさなヒラメを目の前で捌く職人さんの姿はライヴ感が半端なく、思わず見入ってしまいました♪その捌きたての透き通った身はとてもやわらかく、淡白な味わいながら添えてあるエンガワと一緒に青紅葉おろしをちょいとのせていただくと、ツンッとした辛味がアクセントになって、とても美味しかったです♪
〈④カマスの原始焼き〉
40分以上かけて炭火でじっくり焼き上げたカマスは、皮はパリッと身はふんわり♪頭から尻尾まで丸々いただきました♪
