今回は月見をテーマにしているとのことで、これでもかというくらい“月”が出てきました。“ツキがいい”とは、月が語源で満ち欠けが運勢と結び付けられていたことに由来するそうです。良い運が巡ってきたり、偶然良いことが起こったりする様子を表す言葉なんだとか。また一つ北じまで勉強させていただきました。
芋子名月。さつま芋、里芋、落花生、銀杏と丸っこい集団でさっそくスタートです。相模の鮎はつゆ紫の葉を敷いてご飯と共に。お刺身はカンパチ、クロムツ。
カバー写真は、「名月」と「菊の節句」。どちらも秋の風物詩です。それらに見立てて、真ん中のものは大根。練り梅を入れてあります。見た目も美しい。
太刀魚の味噌漬け、足柄いちじくは醤油と味噌で味付けされています。クエは揚げて煎餅風にスダチの味噌と鎌倉野菜を添えて。
またまた月登場。日本のことわざ、“月とすっぽん”月の部分は卵豆腐、周りにはキノコ。そして先ほどの鮎のせんべいでラスト。
最後の〆は、今回は鯖の棒鮨、鰹の漬け丼、鯨のラーメン、炊き込みご飯(栗、銀杏、さつま芋)、冷やし茶漬けの4品から自由選択制。
デザートにはお月見団子で最後まで“月”。
秋ならではのテーマのある北じまを今回も十分に堪能させていただきました。次は来年です☆
