永代さん。
食べログでレビューを書く様になり、
それから徳島の方々の、永代愛に触れ笑、
いつしか行ってみたい。
と胸を膨らませていた。
今年は子供も一緒に。
個室利用にて。
コースです。
さて、なんて書こうか。
一番、これがとても良かったな。
と思った事。
「居心地の良さ」
でした。
おもてなし、気配りが柔らかくて、
行き届く優しさが、まるで、
温かい羽毛布団に包まれている様。
とりあえず、個室のエアコンを止める妻。
掘りコタツの下にはホットカーペット。
あたたかいなぁ。
上品な味付けのお料理は、
一品一品をしっかりご説明くださり、
配膳ペースも我々のスピードをみて。
シャイなボーイズが
一生懸命に手間暇かけたお料理を、
丁寧に優しく伝える。
仲居さんはそれを下支えし、
心地よさをよりまろやかに。
京都から長崎まで、
各所から取り寄せた質の高い食材を、
品のある繊細な味付けで。
質が高い、と言っても、
極上のすこぶる高い食材、ではない。
日常の中で味わえる、
それでも、格別に美味しい、
全国の名産だ。
だからか、馴染みが良い。
心地が良い。
旨い。
なにより、子供たちが食べ過ぎた。
それこそが本質なのだろう、
と思う。
