大同特殊鋼星崎工場の南側。
開店直後に到着も行列。
鰻を焼く煙に燻され、入店まで90分。
強い日差しの中、日傘無ければ倒れてる。
名古屋でら暑いんだわぁ。。。
名前を呼ばれて第一関門突破。
店内、入ってスグ6人テーブル席。
左手から奥に座敷テーブル席。
2Fもあります。
クーラー効いています、嬉しい。
さて、オーダーを済ませて。
ここからが第二関門。
ひたすら、我慢の時間。。。
■ひつまぶし(4,000円)
ひつまぶし、薬味、吸物、漬物、出汁。
食べ方に沿って、順番に頂きます。
1)そのままに
皮サク身ふっくら、甘辛うなタレ。
美味しいご飯、炊き加減◎。
もはや、今シアワセ。
2)薬味たっぷりに
刻み海苔、ネギ、ワサビ。
ツーンとワサビ、クセになる。
3)だし汁をかけて
ひつまぶしの真骨頂、茶漬け。
鰻の脂とうなタレが溶け出す。
ワサビで引き締める。うまい。
番外編
4)追いタレ
締めくくりは、タレ多めで。
んーうまい!
個人的に1番は、そのままかな。
うまい店ほど、ダイレクトにうまい。
しかしホンマたまらんわ、、、( ´△`)
吸物
椎茸と肝入り、うまい。
名古屋めし、、、( ´-` ).。oO
やっぱり1番は鰻。
細かい悩み事なんかどーでも良くなる。
予約テイクアウトする人も多数。
